外齧合磁力齒輪泵的泄漏問題如何解決?

1、齒輪端麵和前後端蓋間的軸向間隙由於這種泄漏路短,泄漏麵積大,因而泄漏量約占總泄漏量的75~80%,是磁力齒輪泵的主要泄漏途徑。試驗表明,當軸向間隙增加0.01mm,泵的容積效率就可下降20%。
